Beautiful young bearded collie found abandoned and now in local SPA where there is a high level of euthanisation. He is vulnerable because his coat is rapidly becoming out of control, bedraggled and permanently damp. The staff have no time to give individual attention and his physical deterioration puts him at risk. We have four dogs and cannot take him, but would assist with any rescue offer, transport etc.
